Bicester-based IMS Property Group has organised a first-time buyer event on Thursday 5 October at Bicester Hotel, Golf and Spa, with the aim of helping people get on the housing ladder.
The firm will be holding two informative sessions on the day, one from 3pm-5pm and the other from 6pm-8pm.
“We understand that the process of buying a first home can be a daunting and stressful one but this needn’t be the case. We’re holding these sessions to show that with some expert advice and guidance, you can become a savvy homebuyer,” said Michelle Niziol, CEO of IMS Property Group.
Mortgage consultants will be on hand to talk to potential first time buyers about their mortgage options, whilst property agents will showcase details of properties for sale and take people through the ins and outs of the homebuying process.
Michelle added: “We’re also bringing together under one roof a range of regional organisations to provide information on government backed schemes, new homes for sale and guidance on the legal process of buying a home. We believe it is important to give potential first time buyers as much information and assistance as possible, so that they can make an informed decision about what is the largest transaction they are likely to make in their lives.”
